the location was quite central, near many shops. the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast provided a good selection of options.

My room was quite small. i found old dirty carpeting present. the temperature control was locked. The room felt a bit stuffy as a result

small room slow lift

the location was acceptable, close to public transport (i used the metro).

The room i had was quite small (it felt cramped). the lift was old and slow. i saw staff using it to transport cleaning supplies. this caused some delays and made it inconvenient to access my room quickly.
